Can I use the film as a fundraising event for my
organization?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit and debit
cards. To discuss using a purchase order, please call 1-888-304-0043
How much does shipping cost? When will my order
ship?
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and are calculated
at check-out. The cost to ship a single DVD within the continental U.S. is
$2.99 and the cost to ship a single VHS tape within the continental U.S. is
$3.99. International orders, and orders of multiple copies, will be slightly
more. You will always have the opportunity to review shipping charges prior
to completing your order. All orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours
after they are placed.
Can I purchase the film if I live outside the
U.S.? Will I be able to view it?
You may purchase the film regardless of where you live; we will ship your
tape or DVD anywhere in the world. All VHS tapes are available in NTSC format
only and will be viewable only on NTSC-compatible VCRs and monitors (NTSC
is the broadcast standard in North America, Latin America and parts of Asia).
At this time we do not have PAL or SECAM videotapes available. DVDs are All-Region,
but are also encoded in NTSC format. Since most DVD players are multi-system,
however, our DVDs should be viewable on the vast majority of DVD players sold
around the world.
Are my order and personal information secure?
Our online store, hosted and maintained by our partner CustomFlix,
uses industry-standard security protocols and procedures to ensure the security
and privacy of all information you submit. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software
is used to encrypt all sensitive information you input, in order to protect
the security of your information during transmission. They use commercially
reasonable methods to secure your information, such as storing your credit
card and tax ID information in an encrypted manner, using appropriate firewalls,
and keeping certain servers inaccessible to outside networks. They reveal
only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order,
and credit card data is transmitted via secured connection only during purchase
authorization by the credit card processor.
What do you do with the personal information I
submit?
Our online store is hosted and maintained by CustomFlix.
When you place an order, CustomFlix employees will use the information you
submit to fulfill your order. When In Doubt Productions,
Inc. will also receive this information, so that we can support you
as a customer. Neither When In Doubt Productions,
Inc. nor CustomFlix will sell, rent,
or transfer your information to any third party except as required to support
the normal operations of our businesses. CustomFlix
has an "Opt-in" Policy for promotional e-mailing and sending of
other promotional materials. When you first set up a
CustomFlix account (as part of the process of purchasing our film),
you will have the opportunity to elect to receive offers and promotions from
CustomFlix. You may choose not to receive
any such offers, and this will not affect your order in any way. You may of
course update your contact information and preferences, and opt-out of promotions
and offers, at any time. Refer
to the CustomFlix site for a detailed explanation
of CustomFlix's privacy policy,
which explains how they collect, share, and protect your personal information.
When In Doubt Productions, Inc. respects and honors your privacy and
does NOT sell, give, or share your name, e-mail address or any other information
you submit with any business, organization or individual. We may contact you
periodically with updates regarding the film, but you can choose not to receive
these if you wish.
What is your returns policy?
You may return your purchase to CustomFlix
if they have sent you the wrong title, if the DVD or tape you received is
physically defective, or if the DVD will not play in your DVD player. Returns
for any other reason will not be accepted. To return an item, you must first
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from CustomFlix.
RMAs
can be received by contacting CustomFlix
within 2 weeks of the date you received your shipment. They will provide details
regarding where and how to send back your tape or DVD.
