The School/Non-Profit/Local Use purchase price of Every Child is Born a Poet: The Life & Work of Piri Thomas constitutes a lease for the life of the film for non-commercial educational CLASSROOM USE ONLY by secondary schools, public libraries, non-profit community organizations, religious groups, and local/municipal/county institutions on a limited license basis which prohibits any duplication, alteration, circulation, public screenings, conference screenings, sub-leasing, or television (broadcast, cable or closed circuit). Public libraries are permitted to circulate the film to private individuals for home use only. The film is protected by United States copyright law. Purchasing the film for School/Non-Profit/Local Use constitutes an agreement to these terms.
